CIT Global to provide SIMAH Integration Gateway
CIT Global announces supplying SAIB (Saudi American Bank) with the gateway to connect its Banking Operations with SIMAH services to facilitate credit reports retrievals which supports credit decision and reduces risk, which will mean offering Quicker / Better Services to Bank Clients.
SIMAH is The National institution offering consumer credit information service to Banks, Consumer Loans Companies, and individual members in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The objective of the credit bureau is to help the credit provider make lending decisions more wisely, quickly and objectively.
The credit bureau aggregates credit information among participating members and provides the credit provider with a complete customer risk profile, this would enhance the credit provider risk assessment capabilities to determine whether the customer is likely to repay or not.
CIT Global provides end-to-end solution with well planned component architecture and with a high degree of modularity that fits SAIB technical and business requirements. CIT Architecture, and system Components, and Integration Ability will enable SAIB to extend SIMAH Services to all operational Systems and Divisions, that cat utilize those services for improvement seamlessly and quickly. The solution provides SAIB with extra value added functions and tools that support system operators in maintaining and monitoring the gateway and fulfills SAIB requirements for a real product with monitoring features and some essential functionalities; such as circular logging, mail alerting , and a gateway built and deployed independently of channels and their technologies.
The gateway is totally isolated from bank back-end environment which reduces implementation efforts on bank side. It totally complies with the bank application specifications; the bank focuses on internal development activities but not on SIMAH communication or messages specifications. SIMAH Gateway over MCP provides an open architecture solution expandable to support new SIMAH services in the future.
CIT Global provides SIMAH a gateway based on the latest technologies and independently of targeting environment, which means it can be deployed on windows, UNIX or Linux operating systems. Its a unified interface specification that makes it easy to expose SIMAH gateway to future bank channels with vendor involvement, which reduces the implementation time and adapts easily to the bank plans. SIMAH Gateway is managed by a web configuration tool that configures and controls gateway modules.
Success of SIMAH Gateway is inherited from CIT innovative Multi Channel Platform (MCP) which was introduced to the market earlier in 2009. MCP supports many common used deployment configurations including extensive integration servers such as Oralce WebLogic Integration server, WebSphere or any other J2EE compliant container that is capable of deploying multiple vertical applications concurrently while using the same channel interfaces.
