CIT Globals strategic growth plans aligns new management promotions in its Middle East operation
In a recent strategic move that aligns with its expansion plan in the Middle East and Internationally, CIT Global, an international provider of high quality, innovative eCommerce / mCommerce solutions and services, announces a new phase of expanding its organizational restructure in the Middle East that is mainly attributed to its companys future growth. The organizational efforts aim at creating new operational efficiencies that will accompany and support the companys current growth, internally and through planned acquisitions in the region.

The new phase will involve management promotions starting with the promotion of Mr. Amr Hazem to move to CIT Global Corporate level as a Vice President and a member of the Executives Board to partake in planning of the strategic directions of CIT Global; Mr. Hazem has been the Managing Director for CIT Global - Middle East since 2005.. Mr. Hazem will contribute to the Boards challenging efforts to execute the merger and acquisition plan for CIT Global both regionally and Internationally.
AS part of transforming the company organizational structure to ensure it delivers high performance into the future, CIT Global announces the promotion of Mrs Nashwa Afifi to the position of General Manager of CIT Global-Middle East, reporting to CIT Global President. Mrs. Afifi has been with CIT Global since 1999 and has been involved in various regions including North America, Europe as well as the Middle East. Since 2005, Mrs. Afifi held the position of Business Director at CIT Global Middle East, in charge of CIT business in the ePayment and financial sector services, with vast international experience in these fields. As the General Manager, Mrs. Afifi will be responsible for all functions related to the Middle East operations, including Sales, Presales, Delivery and Solutions departments.
'CIT Global is currently initiating a major growth phase in different regions, including the Middle East both organically and through acquisitions Said, Mr. Ashraf Zaki, Chief Executive Officer. With Nashwas wealth of management expertise she will play a fundamental role in supporting CIT Global's future goals in the Middle East.
